1. INTRODUCTION
Welcome to TIM – Time Is Money ("TIM", "we", "us", or "our").
TIM is a mobile application that helps beauty and personal care service providers ("Salons") fill last-minute appointment openings and allows clients ("Clients") to reserve discounted services.
By accessing or using the TIM mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the App.
2. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old to use TIM. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
3. USER ACCOUNTS
3.1 Account Creation
Users must create an account to access the App's features. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your account information updated.
3.2 Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. TIM is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.
4. PLATFORM ROLE
TIM is a technology platform only. TIM does not provide beauty or personal care services and does not employ or supervise Salons.
All services are provided solely by independent Salons. TIM does not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or availability of any services listed through the App.
5. PAYMENTS
5.1 Reservation Fee
TIM may charge Clients a small reservation fee (e.g., $1 or equivalent) to create or hold an appointment reservation.
5.2 Payment Processing
Payments are processed through third-party payment processors, such as Stripe. TIM does not store or process credit card or banking information directly.
5.3 Currency
Payments may be processed in U.S. Dollars (USD) or Euros (EUR) depending on the user's location.
6. CANCELLATIONS, NO-SHOWS, AND REFUNDS
TIM does not sell physical or digital goods. Cancellation, no-show, and refund policies are determined by the Salon, unless otherwise stated in the App.
TIM is not responsible for disputes related to Salon policies or service outcomes.
7. USER CONTENT
7.1 Permitted Content
Users may upload limited content such as profile photos.
7.2 Prohibited Content
You may not upload content that is illegal, abusive, misleading, defamatory, or that infringes on intellectual property rights. TIM reserves the right to remove content at its discretion.
8. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
You agree not to:
- Use the App for unlawful purposes
- Sell, transfer, or share your account
- Interfere with the App's security or functionality
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The App may integrate or rely on third-party services (such as payment processors). TIM is not responsible for third-party websites, services, or policies.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, software, logos, and trademarks associated with TIM are owned by or licensed to TIM and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.
11. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The App is provided "as is" and "as available." TIM makes no warranties regarding availability, accuracy, or reliability of services listed through the App.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TIM's liability for any claim shall be limited to the amount paid by the user to TIM, if any.
TIM shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
13. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
13.1 Informal Resolution
Before initiating formal proceedings, users agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting TIM.
13.2 Arbitration
Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration.

14. GOVERNING LAW

Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
